Great read. I like the framing of asking if it could serve 1,000 more users. Founder who bias toward both product and distribution will win. Can't be either/or anymore.

Love it. Thanks. Transform customers into brand ambassadors by providing them with a purpose that surpasses the mere functionality of your product. Instead of merely creating products, strive to build a meaningful mission and watch as your product soars above the waves, carried by the winds of mission's success.

It appears that you have rediscovered a wisdom advocated in the book "Expert Secrets" that emphasises the importance of "starting a movement" and letting your product naturally rise as a result. Find a meaning in your product that is deeper than the problem-solution fit, and you've hit the bull's eye.
