Greg, this is a fantastic piece. I'm curious what you think of the B2B version of this? More businesses are moving off of email and onto tools like Slack; Salesforce and Slack are promoting the idea of "swarming" (see https://phasecrm.com/salesforce-mulesoft-slack-strategy for examples) to solve business problems... Does spontaneity improve business operations, or will it lead to chaos... Or both?

And if you're seeing any really interesting B2B community innovations and products, a post on that would be really great.

Great post, Greg! I haven't thought about the Internet in this way. However, I already use Discord and Clubhouse somewhat heavily and understand the points you're raising. I'm also curious to try the other apps mentioned in your blog post.
